Telephone support to ascertain your progress between appointments is inclusive in the costs as above – this is part of your patient support! In the case of existing patients - if the phone consultation needs longer than 15 mins, I may suggest an earlier follow-up appointment. For patients who are not partaking of  an ongoing consultation process the charge is £16 with prescription for telephone consultations. In the case where a home visit is necessary an additional charge to cover travel costs may apply.   OTHER TREATMENTS I do prescribe tissue salts, herbs and make natural creams, gels and flower essences. I match these to the patients’ individual requirements. (An example would be a topical skin cream prescription for the relief of itching in eczema etc). This would be costed  in addition to your homeopathic prescription, and my charge will reflect the costs of the natural products used in making the individual prescription. In the case of tissue salts and herbs you may opt to purchase the product for yourself.   PAYMENT Payment should be made in cash or by cheque made payable to Pauline Smithson on the day of your consultation. Sorry I don’t use direct card processing facilities.
